Electrician Helper/Apprentice

Job Overview Pike's Electric, Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Electrician Helpers to join our residential new construction team. This position assists electricians with the installation of electrical systems in new residential homes while learning the trade in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, safety-conscious, eager to learn, and able to work well as part of a team. This is residential home construction work. We are not affiliated with utility companies, power line work, or utility service crews. Duties Assist electricians with residential new construction wiring and installation Help with pulling wire, installing boxes, devices, and fixtures Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow directions from supervisors and electricians Support the crew in completing jobs efficiently and on schedule Work in compliance with company safety standards and jobsite expectations Qualifications Previous construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical systems preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen test Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
