Our mission is to provide hands-on, real-world training that leads to strong employment opportunities and long-term financial growth. We are currently building a strong instructional team and are looking for experienced electricians who are passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of skilled professionals. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Electrical Instructors with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work to lead hands-on training classes in a fast-paced learning environment. Instructors will be responsible for teaching a 4-week intensive training program designed to prepare students for entry-level electrical careers. Responsibilities Teach electrical fundamentals and hands-on skills Train students in tools, safety, and real-world job site practices Demonstrate installation techniques (conduit bending, wiring, panels, etc.) Provide mentorship, guidance, and career insight to students Maintain a safe and structured classroom/workshop environment ⸻ Collaborate with other instructors to manage class schedules and coverage Qualifications Licensed Electrician or Master Electrician (preferred) 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards Ability to teach, lead, and communicate effectively Reliable, professional, and punctual ⸻ Passion for helping others succeed Schedule Monday -

Friday:

Up to 10-hour shifts

Saturday:
