Electrical Helper Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Electrical Helper to support licensed electricians on commercial and residential projects. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the electrical trade while gaining hands‑on experience in a safe, supportive environment. What You'll Do As an Electrical Helper, you will assist with daily electrical installation tasks, material handling, and jobsite preparation under the direction of licensed electricians, including: Assist licensed electricians with commercial and residential electrical installations Organize, maintain, and transport tools, equipment, and materials Help install and run conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid) under supervision Assist with pulling wire and cable through conduit Support installation of electrical boxes, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches Assist with grounding and bonding tasks Perform basic measuring, cutting, drilling, and fastening as directed Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools (including a hand drill) Ability to accurately read a tape measure Reliable transportation to report to job sites daily Valid driver's license Dependable, safety‑focused, and willing to learn Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
