We help families create spaces that support their daily lives through thoughtful systems, intentional design, and a personalized approach. Our team works in beautiful homes throughout the area, guiding clients through everything from everyday organization projects to major life transitions. Every project is a chance to create meaningful change and bring a sense of ease back into someone's home. About the role Have you ever reorganized a closet just because it would function better? Rearranged a room for fun? Walked into a space and immediately started envisioning how it could feel calmer, more beautiful, and easier to live in? If so, this might be for you. As an Assistant Organizer, you'll work alongside our lead organizer on hands-on clientprojects, helping bring order and ease to homes across Chicago and the North Shore. What you'll do Unbox and stage products ahead of installation Work alongside the lead organizer to sort, categorize, and build systems Support clients through the hands-on decluttering process Keep the workspace clear and moving throughout the project Assist with donation drop-offs and product returns at project close Who we're looking for We're intentional about the work we do and the team we build. Requirements Able to lift 40+ lbs Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Schedule Part-time, flexible hours 0 to 25 hours per week Monday through
