Job Description

Ignite your career as an Electrical Apprentice and become an essential part of dynamic construction and electrical teams! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed electricians, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across diverse projects. This paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and fixtures according to project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, bending, and securing wiring and components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate installations. Support the testing of electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Help troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical issues under supervision. Follow all safety guidelines related to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and construction site regulations. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Strong interest in developing skills related to electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications. Ability to work effectively on construction sites in various weather conditions. Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks safely. Willingness to learn about NEC standards, electrical codes, and safety procedures. Experience with construction or frame carpentry is great-fully helpful but not required.

From $18.00 per hour
