High School and College Students seeking Summer/Seasonal Employment. 4. High School Graduates seeking permanent ABC Trade School Apprenticeships. James Babcock will pay 100% of the ABC apprenticeship school tuition and Vincennes University Associate Degree for all permanent positions. James Babcock Inc. Electrical Contractors is a 4th generation, family-owned company providing quality, commercial electrical services to organizations throughout the state of Indiana for more than six decades. With a reputation for consistency and quality, we have grown to provide both Design + Build services as well as building systems and security. Still headquartered in Indianapolis, our projects can be small or large and are statewide. From 3 days to 3 years, our reputation for integrity, timeliness, and a budget-conscious approach precede our work in Healthcare, Industrial, Institutional, Retail, and Commercial segments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our talented and dynamic team and learn from many of our skilled technicians while completing schooling at no cost to the employee! Pay:

Starting at $18.50/hour

Required Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation. 40 hours per week Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must comply with all company/job safety requirements. Able to work at various heights using ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, roofs, or other designated safe areas. Able to use hand tools such as cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jackhammers, etc. Must work well with others
