MTTI Technical Training School is currently looking to hire and train an Electrical Shop / Skills Instructor to join our instructional team in the Residential and Commercial Electrician Department. As an Instructor you will educate and mentor the next generation of Electrical apprentices. No teaching experience is required, we will train you to teach! We are currently looking to fill a full-time day position, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm at our Seekonk, MA location. Our small school environment offers you the opportunity to be part of a team that is helping people change their lives. Even if you have no teaching experience, if you think you would enjoy offering your skills and experience to newcomers to the field, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! We will train you to teach and assist students in the shop. Key Responsibilities for Electrical Shop /

Skill Instructors :

Instruct students in both the shop environment following MTTI's accredited Residential & Commercial Electrician curriculum. Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism and accountability. Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback and guidance. Stay current with Electrical practices and technology to provide up to date training.
