Electrical Assistant

The Electrical Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting electrical projects and operations. This position involves assisting Lead Electricians and Electrical Foremen by contributing to the successful completion of solar projects. Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with crew members in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. Collaborate with crew members in identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues, contributing to effective problem-solving. Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practice. Perform wiring installation and connection tasks. Proficiently bend PVC and EMT conduits. Skillfully fish wires through residential structures. Expertise in the installation of breakers, breaker panels, and taps. Execute the running of metal conduits in attics.

Qualifications Electrical Helper/Electrical Apprentice Experience:

2+ year (Required) Driver's License (Required) Work Authorization (Required)

Solar Electrical:

1 year (Preferred, Not Required) Required Skills and Abilities Emphasis on Customer Satisfaction Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices. Familiarity with basic electrical concepts and a willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
