Entry-Level Electrical Apprentice

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn the electrical trade, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in commercial and industrial electrical work. You will work alongside experienced electricians, gain real field experience, and develop the skills needed to grow in the trade. We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and wants to improve every day. What You'll Do Assist electricians on commercial and industrial job sites Learn basic electrical installation, tools, and materials Support service calls and project work Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and company standards Transport tools and materials as needed Participate in training and development in the field What We're Looking For No experience required, construction experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Positive attitude and reliability Basic mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A safety-first mindset Our Mission Develop People.
