Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Helper to join our dynamic construction and electrical installation team. In this role, you will assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across various projects. Your energetic approach and eagerness to learn will contribute significantly to completing projects efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical wiring, conduit, and fixtures according to project plans and schematics Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, bend, and install electrical components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support installation tasks Support the setup of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Conduct basic troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations when needed Requirements Prior experience working as an electrical helper or apprentice in industrial or commercial settings is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Basic understanding of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems Experience with NEC standards and using testing equipment like ohmmeters is a plus Construction site experience demonstrating reliability and safety awareness Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Join us if you're eager to grow your electrical expertise in a vibrant environment where safety, teamwork, and skill development are top priorities.
