Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to project specifications and safety standards Support electricians in running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting electrical components in various environments Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or hazards Help troubleshoot electrical problems by following detailed instructions and diagnostic procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on job sites Follow all safety protocols and local electrical codes during tasks to ensure a secure working environment Complete basic documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or safety concerns to supervisors Skills Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning from experienced electricians Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different project requirements
