Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to electrical and construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. The Helper will work closely with experienced electricians and construction professionals to support daily operations on-site. Short term travel is required Duties Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including fixtures and wiring. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Support roofing projects by assisting in the installation of roofing materials. Operate forklifts to transport materials around the construction site as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Labor to help clean panels on sites Qualifications Previous experience in commercial electrician roles or similar electrical positions is preferred. Experience working on construction sites, demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods as required by the job. A willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
