We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Installation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the installation of our products. Installing custom banner systems, rigid signage, self-adhesive vinyl graphics, inflatables, and more. Ensuring precise setup and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in the sign and graphics industry, knowledge of hardware and fasteners, and the ability to work collaboratively with the installation team as well as clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality project execution. Assist with the setup and installation of products at client sites or designated locations Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, accurate measurements, and any incidents that occur during installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area during installation processes Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly Ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the installation process Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Operate power and hand tools Operate man lifts and work in elevated environments Occasional overnight travel Proven experience in a sign installation role, including self-adhesive vinyl is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidate Strong attendance record Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and commitment to quality workmanship Good physical stamina for lifting, standing, and working in various environments Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interactions Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting Valid driver's license will be required for travel to job sites in a company vehicle Some overtime and travel will be required Join us as an Installation Assistant and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering excellence!
