We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electric Apprentice to join our electrical division. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the electrical trade, gain hands-on experience, and build a rewarding career under the guidance of experienced electricians. What You'll Do Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems and equipment. Use hand and power tools safely for various electrical tasks. Help troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic repairs under supervision. Support both high voltage and low voltage wiring installations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and industry standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Requirements What We're Looking For Recent trade school graduate or 2 years of experience in an electrician role such as a helper, maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology. Familiarity with schematics and wiring practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset. Ability to follow instructions and take direction well. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
