ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Framing (Install) Helper to join our team in Portland, Oregan to support the installation of custom patio enclosures, screen systems, and louvered roofs. This entry-level position comes with hands-on training and opportunities to grow into a lead role over time. You'll assist on job sites, help prep materials, and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the construction and setup of outdoor living products, including screened enclosures and motorized roof systems Take measurements and prepare materials for scheduled installation projects Assist with equipment upkeep and ensure work vehicles remain clean, stocked, and job-ready Load, deliver, and organize tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily job assignments Contribute to warehouse activities, material management, and occasional event or display setup Help maintain an organized, productive, and safety-conscious worksite Adhere to company safety procedures and work under the guidance of senior installers Travel to customer locations within the service region to assist with installation projects as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions Pay attention to detail and care about doing the job right Have a valid driver's license and clean abstract Be comfortable using tools and working on ladders Be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding, outdoor work Experience in construction, landscaping, or mechanical work is an asset
