Job Description

Craig Service Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing apprentices, managing job progress, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring a high standard of safety and professionalism on site.
Responsibilities:
Apprentice Management:
Assign tasks to apprentices, oversee their work quality, and provide support. Maintain regular records of job progress.
Communication & Reporting:
Use Service Titan to log daily reports and updates for the Division Lead; escalate any significant job concerns.
Material Management:
Order materials as needed, monitoring for shortages and reporting any issues promptly to the Division Lead. Ensuring proper documentation via Purchase Order procedures.
Team Meetings:
Participate in weekly or monthly Division meetings to stay aligned on project updates, priorities, and best practices.
Safety Standards:
Follow company safety SOPs and guidelines; ensure apprentices are well-versed in safety protocols and escalate any safety concerns to the Division Lead.
Cleanliness & Professionalism:
Maintain a clean work environment and uphold a high standard of personal and site cleanliness. Collaboration with
Other Trades:
Work collaboratively with other on-site trades, communicating professionally and representing Craig Service Group's values of Loyalty, Legacy, & Integrity.
Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in electrical residential and commercial work, and managing apprentices. Familiarity with Teams App, Service Titan, and basic project documentation preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards. Professionalism and ability to work effectively with diverse on-site teams.
Pay:
$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
