Embrodery Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

The embroidery assistant will be responsible for assisting and following the embroidery technician's instructions to fulfill quality and timely embroidery orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Bags and tags finished products and reporting accurate counts. Assists with machine setup following all safety and company policy procedures. Assists with machine breakdown following all safety and company policy procedures. Performs general cleanup of machinery and area around station in accordance with safety and company policy procedures. All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of experience: One year

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

Follow standard procedures and quality standards with attention to detail. Work in a team environment. Execute tasks according to specified guidelines and timelines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regular walking and standing Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
