Full Job Description Job Description:
As a Journeyman Electrician Forman at Polar Electric LLC, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing your expertise to a wide range of electrical projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving issues efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships. Following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Alaska. Must hold a valid Driver's License Must own a comprehensive set of professional electrical tools. Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to safety and a high level of attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
