As an Electrician, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality electrical solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. Your expertise will help keep facilities running smoothly and safely while advancing your professional growth in a vibrant environment. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and construction sites using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts. Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues and verify system integrity. Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes in industrial settings. Conduct renovations by upgrading existing electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with construction teams, including frame carpenters and general contractors, to coordinate electrical work seamlessly within broader projects. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Hands-on experience working on construction sites with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment used in electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, NEC regulations, and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently on renovation projects and adapt to various construction environments. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus.
