The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of residential and/or commercial electrical systems and be comfortable installing, servicing, and troubleshooting standby generator systems. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Install Generac standby generator systems in residential and commercial settings Perform electrical connections including transfer switches, panels, and wiring Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair generator systems and related electrical components Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed generators Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation timelines and system operation Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition Respond to service calls as needed Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (residential and/or commercial) Experience with generator installation (preferred, Generac experience a plus) Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be able to pass a drug screening

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
