Full-Time Compensation:

InLine, LLC is hiring experienced electricians to join our expanding team as we ramp up for the Mobile River Bridge and Bay Way Bridge Construction Project —a multi-year, high-profile undertaking set to transform mobility and safety across the Mobile Bay. Enjoy a consistent 8-10 hour weekday schedule , Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities for those who want to boost earnings. Position Overview Work-Life Balance As a Journeyman Electrician at InLine, you'll help deliver safe, efficient, and modern electrical solutions for major DOT-led infrastructure projects. Your work will directly support the lighting, signaling, fiber-optic systems, and traffic management networks that power smarter, safer roads. Key Responsibilities Electrical Installations Install and service electrical systems and components, including conduit, fiber, lighting, surge protection, and grounding across high-profile bridge and highway segments. Team Leadership Guide apprentices and laborers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. System Maintenance Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure operational excellence in ITS and roadway systems. Maintain accurate logs and collaborate with project managers, DOT inspectors, and fellow team members.
Qualifications Documentation & Communication License:
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License or Card.
Preferred:
IMSA Level II Traffic Signal Tech or similar DOT-related certification.
Experience:
4+ years of electrical fieldwork, ideally in infrastructure or heavy highway.
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (CDL A or B preferred or willingness to obtain).
Physical:
Able to lift 50-100 lbs and work outdoors in various site conditions.
Additional Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-10 hour shifts
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour + performance/job bonuses
