Journeyman Electrician — Industrial / Steel Mill Maintenance Osceola, Arkansas | Full-Time | About the CVE Cache Valley Electric is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a long-term maintenance position at a steel mill in Osceola, Arkansas. This is a massive industrial facility. 1,300 acres on one side and 1,500 acres on the other. This is steady, Monday through Friday work for a good hand who wants to stay put and build something long-term. If you're tired of chasing jobs and want consistent work with a solid crew. What You'll Be Doing Perform ongoing electrical maintenance across a large-scale industrial steel mill campus Run 4-inch conduit and smaller through industrial environments Pull wire and terminate connections on industrial equipment and panels Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motor controls, and plant equipment Fix and replace light fixtures throughout the facility Work independently and efficiently across a large footprint — you need to be comfortable covering ground Coordinate with the customer's team and other trades on daily maintenance needs Follow all OSHA and site safety requirements at all times What You Need Arkansas Journeyman Electrician license — OR a license from a state that reciprocates with Arkansas (Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Missouri, and others may qualify — verify with us) Wireman experience — you know how to run conduit, pull wire, and terminate. No hand-holding. Industrial electrical background strongly preferred — steel mill, manufacturing, or heavy industrial experience is a major plus Comfortable working on a large industrial campus and managing your own time Reliable, professional, and looking for longevity — we want people who will show up and stick around Good attitude and a strong work ethic — this is a customer-facing site and you represent the company Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00am — 3:30pm 40 hours per week Stable, long-term position — this is not a short-term assignment
