Maintenance Electrician Job Description Begin your workday by addressing Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders. Once completed, notify the planner to update the system. In case of equipment breakdowns, prioritize addressing reactive issues immediately. The role involves working with various machinery including saws, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, cranes, PLCs, drives, forklifts, bundlers, packaging equipment, and mills. Responsibilities Complete PM work orders and communicate with the planner for updates. Address reactive issues promptly in case of equipment breakdowns. Work with a variety of equipment including saws, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more. Essential Skills Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance technician skills. Experience with mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics repairs. Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in handling controls, VFDs, and 480V 3-phase motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with re-wiring is a significant advantage. Knowledge of wiring and electronics. Willingness to work rotating shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 6 AM. This is a fast-paced setting where wearing long sleeves is mandatory. The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $79040.00/yr. 401K 5% BCBS of Arkansas Vouchers for steel toes 2 weeks PTO starting out Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Blytheville,AR.
