Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and address additional maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain organized workspaces, restock supplies, and return tools to designated areas. Replace defective machine components, including relays, switches, motors, potentiometers, and position sensors. Inspect assigned equipment, tighten electrical connections, replace filters, and clean inside electrical cabinets as part of regular maintenance. Troubleshoot motors and drives. Inspect, test, and clean AC and DC motors; replace brushes when necessary. Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motor controls, single and 3-phase electrical circuits, electronic drives, and PLC controls. Test electromechanical assemblies using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and megohmmeters. This role covers all aspects of maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electrical controls for manufacturing equipment, as well as work with hydraulic systems, servos, rectifiers, motors, electronic controls, HVAC systems, and industrial vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to comprehend and follow safety protocols and operating instructions. Minimum three years of experience in a manufacturing, electrical, or electronic maintenance setting.
