Summary Of Job Duties The HVAC Mechanic maintains heating and A/C units, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers in buildings/offices on campus; preventive maintenance. On-call after hours for emergencies and during inclement weather. Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. Other duties as assigned.
