Journeyman Electrician•Commercial & Data Center Projects Phoenix Metro Area $30.00•$42.00 per hour entry pay DOE Full-Time | Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match, PTO Build a Career in Data Centers and Mission-Critical Electrical Work 48 Electric is a growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor specializing in data centers, mission-critical facilities, commercial construction, and high-end service work throughout the Phoenix Valley. Why Electricians Choose 48 Electric Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Consistent year-round work Safety-first culture Professional jobsite environments Opportunities for advancement into Lead, Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Management roles Exposure to data center and mission-critical electrical systems What You'll Be Working On Current projects and services include: Data center electrical installations and expansions Mission-critical facility maintenance and upgrades Generator and backup power systems UPS and power distribution systems Commercial tenant improvements Service work and troubleshooting Electrical system upgrades and renovations What We're Looking For 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Own hand tools and battery-powered tools Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Data center experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train experienced commercial electricians who demonstrate strong work ethic, safety awareness, and a desire to learn.
