We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have minimum of 4 years of plant and facility maintenance, repair, replace parts on machinery, troubleshoot/ability to read electrical blueprints and installation experience required. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: Maintain knowledge of, and proficiency in areas of the facility to include plumbing, carpentry, welding, fabrication, electrical systems, and CNC machines Ability to understand the documents and technology required to perform the essential functions and responsibilities accurately. Responsible for diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as needed Variety of plumbing maintenance, to include layout and installation of pipe, duct work and sweating copper. Performs a variety of carpentry duties, to include installing drywall, painting and other woodworking projects. Electrical maintenance, to include electrical controls, Relay Logic and VFDS. How to read electrical schematics on machinery How to troubleshoot electrical from 24 DC to 480 volts How to program VFD How to serve motors and steep motor work How to wire 3 phase motor How to wire motors starters and overloads Troubleshoot CNN Equipment Build Motor control Circuts Repair Electrical Circuts Other Requirements Pre-Employment Drug Test, Subject to random drug test Background Check/Driving Record Fabrication and Electrical System 4-5 years industrial manufacturing maintenance/repair experience required.
