Job Description

Lead Electrician - Allied Electric Heating & Air |
Prescott, AZ Pay:
$30-$40/hr (based on experience) Who We Are Allied Electric Heating & Air has been serving Prescott homeowners for nearly a decade. We're a locally-owned residential service company built on honest work, skilled people, and long-term relationships — with our customers and our team. We're growing, and we're looking for a Lead Electrician who wants to plant roots somewhere that invests in them.
What's In It For You Hourly Pay:
$35-40/hr depending on experience
Commission:
Additional earnings on service upgrades

Schedule:
on average, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week What You'll Do Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior technicians Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential systems Communicate clearly with homeowners and represent Allied with professionalism Uphold safety standards and code compliance on every job What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential electrical experience Journeyman license preferred (or equivalent demonstrated experience) Strong leadership and customer-facing communication skills Solid working knowledge of NEC and Arizona electrical codes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening This Is a Career, Not Just a Job If you're tired of commercial chaos, inconsistent hours, or companies that burn through people — Allied is different.
