Commercial Projects You will have the opportunity to join our Leadership Team to build in a great environment on a variety of different project types. We have a great core of Electricians and want to add new quality people to help solidify our crews and deliver excellent projects. See out website for examples. We are looking for an experienced foreman to lead our crews in tasks related to electrical systems in our company. The position includes on the job supervision, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment and wiring for our clients.. Because this job comes with risks, our electrician needs to be responsible and have great attention to safety precautions. Our ideal candidate is experienced in different electrical devices and systems and can inspect, diagnose, and fix malfunctions in all of them.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers & Superintendent to Plan and execute the electrical installation of projects. Work with Foreman & Leads in project planning, layout, material acquisition and quality control. Provide expertise & guidance for as needed & required. Documentation and communication with management on project matters. Maintain & oversee Safety Standards and protocols

Electrician Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrician with leadership positions Valid driver's license with clean record (insurable) Able to pass background check Knowledge of different electrical systems, blueprints, power generation, and similar Ability to use electrical and hand tools and craft electrical documents and blueprints Understanding of safety procedures and legal codes and guidelines Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good time management skills MTJ Offers Full Time 401(K) with Match Health Care Dental & Vision Competitive Pay Time & Place Various sites in All Parts of the Valley Typical Daytime construction schedules Safety MTJ prides itself of safe work environments and empowering the Team to lead regardless of position.
