Electrical wiring Electrical experience Blueprint reading Safety equipment Hand tools Full Job Description Arena Staffing is currently hiring a California State Certified Electrician for commercial electrical work in the Bakersfield, CA area. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded electrician with strong field experience who can work independently and as part of a crew.

Temporary / Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial electrical installation, rough-in, and finish work Bend and install EMT conduit Pull wire, terminate devices, install panels, fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting Read and follow blueprints, plans, and jobsite instructions Troubleshoot basic electrical issues as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
Requirements:
Must have an active California State Electrical Certification Commercial and industrial electrical experience required Must have basic electrical hand tools and PPE Reliable transportation Ability to work safely and professionally on active jobsites Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Preferred Experience:
Tenant improvement, new construction, or commercial service work EMT bending experience Ability to work with minimal supervision Interested candidates should apply today or contact Arena Staffing for more information.
