Monday•Friday with flexible mornings (7:00AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM) Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician who can confidently read blueprints, execute electrical wiring, and build complete electrical systems. This individual will play an important role in supporting production, assembly, and system testing while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. What You Will Do Read and follow assembly and testing instructions step by step and record results as they are completed Build electrical control panels from schematic and wiring diagrams Install and label sensors based on P and ID documentation Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day Follow all PPE and tool safety requirements What You Bring Associate degree or technical certification in an electrical program or equivalent experience Strong ability to install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, machinery, and systems in line with applicable codes and safety standards Ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve issues Solid understanding of electrical circuits and components including AC and DC theory, wiring diagrams, schematic reading, and blueprint interpretation Ability to interpret manuals, specifications, and drawings while keeping accurate records of completed work Commitment to safety practices including lockout tagout, arc flash protocol, and PPE usage Bonus Skills and Certifications OSHA thirty hour training Forklift certification Ability to manage parts or inventory Strong understanding of materials Ideal Backgrounds Technical school students and recent graduates Electrical technicians in manufacturing Construction experience related to electrical systems Telecommunications electrical technician experience Physical Requirements This role involves climbing stairs or ladders, stooping, crouching, operating machinery, and occasionally lifting up to fifty pounds.
