Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance, with experience in both high and low voltage environments. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing and installing electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety in a manufacturing setting. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues using precision measuring instruments and calibration techniques. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and distributed control systems to ensure proper functionality. Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment to identify potential issues before they become critical. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to electrical systems promptly. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role within manufacturing environments. Understanding of sensors, calibration techniques, and the use of ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits. Military experience related to electrical or mechanical fields is highly regarded. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
