In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including commercial, industrial, and construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovation to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional results. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in accordance with blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks on various construction sites Test electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately Work with low voltage and high voltage systems while adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards for safety and compliance Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation activities during renovation or new build projects Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation Follow all safety protocols related to electrical work, including proper handling of power tools and adherence to OSHA regulations Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage applications Experience working as an industrial or commercial electrician with a solid understanding of NEC standards Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation processes Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools safely on construction sites Ability to perform renovation work as well as new construction projects efficiently Experience with schematic reading and interpreting technical drawings for complex electrical systems Handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support Knowledge of low voltage wiring systems for security or communication networks Ability to operate ohmmeters and other testing devices accurately for diagnostics Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions!
