Lead Commercial Lighting Retrofits and Electrical Service Job Overview Company:

$30 to $55+ per hour (based on experience).

Project Scope:
Commercial and Industrial Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License and one of the following: NRLT, Residential Electrician, or General Electrician Certification. The Opportunity You will serve as a technical expert in the field, driving the successful execution of high-efficiency lighting and control upgrades for major commercial clients. This role empowers you to take ownership of complex electrical systems while working for a company that invests in your personal and professional growth. How You Will Make an Impact Execute complex lighting retrofits and electrical maintenance tasks to enhance facility energy efficiency and performance. Operate specialized machinery including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and bucket trucks to access exterior and high-reach lighting systems. Coordinate daily project statuses and time entry through mobile applications to ensure transparent communication with project managers. Maintain a high standard of safety by adhering to strict protocols and utilizing provided protective equipment for every task. Collaborate with crew leads and operational heads to resolve technical challenges and keep projects on schedule. Represent the company's commitment to professionalism and quality while interacting with internal teams and external customers. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in electrical service and maintenance. Must have the flexibility to work 80% night shifts/20% days as we operate in occupied retail spaces. Active California Certification (NRLT, Residential, or General Electrician). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proven proficiency in installing and maintaining commercial electrical systems and lighting materials. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including out-of-state. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2 to 5 years of specialized experience specifically within the lighting retrofit industry. Advanced knowledge of exterior lighting applications and specialized control systems. Strong technical aptitude for using mobile-based project management and reporting tools.
