We're growing, and we need a lead service tech who can be the face of Karmic in the field. About Karmic Electrical Karmic Electrical Services is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor (License #1127281) based in Long Beach, serving Long Beach, Lakewood, Signal Hill, and the surrounding LA and Orange County areas. We specialize in residential rewires, panel upgrades, EV chargers, and light commercial tenant improvements. What You'll Do Day to Day

• Run service calls start to finish — diagnose, scope, complete, document
• Perform whole-home electrical safety inspections and explain findings in plain English
• Present 3-option estimates (Basic / Recommended / Premium) and close work on-site
• Troubleshoot panels, branch circuits, lighting, EV chargers, and code corrections per

NEC 2023

• Document every job in Housecall Pro — photos, notes, materials, time
• Train and mentor the apprentice in the field
• Show up on time, in uniform, with a clean truck and a good attitude — every visit Who We're Looking For — The 3 C's

CHARACTER

• Honest, on time, no excuses
• Owns mistakes, fixes them, moves on
• No side work — Karmic clients are Karmic clients
• Clean driving record, valid CA license, drug-free

COMPETENCY

• 5+ years residential service experience (light commercial a plus)
• California State Certified Electrician (current) — required
• Working knowledge of NEC 2023 and City of Long Beach permitting
• Can troubleshoot without throwing parts at a problem
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

• Genuinely likes people — homeowners can tell the difference
• Can sit at a kitchen table, walk through options, and earn the yes
• Coachable — willing to use our systems, not their old habits
