A premier Tortilla Manufacturing Company in Montebello is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our high-performing maintenance team. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in food production and a mastery of PLC programming , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot & Repair:

Lead efforts to resolve recurring or critical equipment failures across the facility.

Electrical Mastery:

Install, calibrate, and repair instrumentation for process measurements (temperature, pressure, flow) and handle voltages ranging from 110V to 480V.

Automation:

Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Lenze) and AC/DC drive systems.

Preventative Maintenance:

Maintain electromechanical equipment including cooling systems, pneumatic systems, and high-speed conveyor belts.

Compliance:

Ensure all work meets the highest standards for OSHA, SQF, and HACCP .

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years as an Industrial Electrician, specifically within a food or bakery environment.

Technical Savvy:

Proficiency in AC/DC motors, pneumatic systems, and metal detectors.

Hands-on Skills:

Ability to perform welding and minor fabrication as needed.

Flexibility:

Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, to support our 24/7 production.

Communication:

Ability to read technical schematics and respond to questions from ownership; Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus. Why Apply?
