Champion Electric, Inc. Champion Electric, Inc. is currently seeking Certified Journeymen Electricians - who have experience in commercial and industrial work for projects located in Downey, Tustin, Phelan, Moreno Valley, Palm Springs, Banning, Hemet, and Riverside California.
Essential Functions:

Install raceway systems, cables, and conductors. Install distribution equipment such as panelboards, disconnects, transformers and switchboards. Install/connect new "loads" such as lighting, motors, office equipment, machinery, devices, lighting control, and special equipment. Installations from plans and or descriptions only. Practical application of code knowledge. Troubleshoot, repair, and test the items listed above. Various duties as assigned Other Pay:
Prevailing wages are paid on publicly funded projects, as required Shift rates, Overtime, and Double-time, as required Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and residential construction types. Must be a graduate of a state approved apprenticeship program . Valid California General Journeyman Electrician Certification. Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record Skills and knowledge required to perform the typical duties of this position. Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, planning and computer skills. Thorough knowledge of electrical maintenance and construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Graduate of a State approved apprenticeship program. Preferred Additional Qualifications, Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:
Forklift / Scissor / Boom Lift training certification. • OSHA 30 Certification • First Aid Certification Equipment Operation Benefits:
