This role is a good fit for someone with a solid construction background who is comfortable around technology systems, job sites, tools, clients, and trades. The ideal candidate does not need to be a programmer or network engineer, but should be sharp, mechanically capable, organized, and able to learn modern systems quickly. The work may include supporting technology installations, troubleshooting jobsite conditions, coordinating with other trades, helping with equipment placement, mounting, wiring support, punch-list work, and general field execution. Ideal Candidate 6-10 years of experience in commercial construction, high-end residential construction, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems Able to work professionally around clients, builders, designers, and other trades Comfortable reading plans, taking direction, and working independently Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks Clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening Helpful Experience Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required: Low-voltage wiring AV, network, camera, lighting, or smart home systems Finish carpentry, electrical, or general construction Rack/equipment installation Commercial TI or custom residential work Working in occupied homes or client-facing environments Position Details Contractor-based field position 90-day evaluation period Commercial and high-end residential projects Compensation based on experience Long-term opportunity for the right person
