We are a fast-growing industrial equipment manufacturer seeking Mid-Level Industrial Electricians to join our team. This role offers hands-on work with industrial equipment, controls, installations, and field service projects in a team-oriented environment. This position requires approximately 30% travel, including local, out-of-state, and occasional overseas travel. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read electrical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Follow electrical drawings to lay out, build, install, and test electrical components on autoclaves, ovens, and other industrial equipment. Install and wire circuit breakers, terminal blocks, transducers, relays, switches, motors, pumps, fans, valves, thermocouples, lights, and other electrical components. Run electrical conduit, pull wire, and mount enclosures on industrial equipment. Perform testing of 24V and 110V panels. Support testing and upgrades of autoclaves and ovens. Lead electrical jobs on units 5 ft. in diameter and smaller. Lead small controls upgrades in the field. Travel to customer sites—locally, out of state, and on rare occasions overseas—to run wire and conduit, install electrical components, and support field service work. Lead electrical installation jobs on equipment 5 ft. in diameter and smaller. Mentor Electrical lower level employees. Demonstrate alignment with ASC's Team Values, including working safely, maintaining a positive attitude, leading by example, eagerness to learn, teamwork, efficiency, and a focus on quality work. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have 3 years plus of experience as an industrial electrician. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor others. Willingness and ability to travel locally, out of state, and on rare occasions overseas.
