Full-Time About Bemco Bemco designs and builds environmental test chambers, thermal systems, and fluid conditioning equipment used by aerospace, defense, and advanced technology customers. Our systems are custom-built and integrate mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical control systems. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wiring Technician who can step in quickly and support active production builds. This role focuses on control panel wiring, machine wiring, and electrical integration based on released schematics and production documentation. This is a hands-on role working directly with production, engineering, and test teams. What We Need (Most Important) We are looking for someone who can: Read and follow electrical schematics independently Wire industrial control panels and machine systems Work cleanly and accurately with minimal supervision Help troubleshoot wiring or signal issues during integration Key Responsibilities Wire control panels and system electrical assemblies Route, terminate, and label wiring per drawings and standards Perform continuity checks and basic electrical validation Support electrical checkout during system testing Assist with troubleshooting control circuits, relays, sensors, and IO Maintain clean and organized wiring practices Document wiring changes or issues found during build Required Qualifications Technical school, electrical certification, OR strong equivalent experience Experience wiring industrial control panels or machinery Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with: 24V control circuits Relays and contactors Sensors and field wiring Terminal blocks and harnessing Strong attention to detail and build quality Highly Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with custom equipment or machinery manufacturing UL panel wiring or industrial equipment wiring Low voltage control systems Basic troubleshooting with multimeter Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment This Role Is NOT Residential wiring Pure commercial building electrical Conduit-only installation work Ideal Candidate Takes pride in clean wiring work Comfortable working directly on machines Problem solver when drawings and reality don't perfectly match Wants stable, long-term manufacturing environment

$22.00 - $30.56 per hour
