This is an opportunity for someone looking to push into the next phase of their career — learning how to lead crews, run projects, manage production, and grow inside a merit-based company where performance matters and hard work is recognized. Our work consists primarily of fast-paced commercial tenant improvements, retail storefronts, office spaces, dental offices, gyms, specialty commercial spaces, service work, and occasional restaurant projects throughout Solano County, Napa County, Marin County, Yolo County, Sacramento County, and the greater Sacramento metro area, and sometimes traveling jobs. We are not a "clock in and disappear" type of company. We are building a tight-knit, high-performance team that takes pride in moving quickly, staying organized, maintaining clean workmanship, communicating professionally, and consistently beating project schedules. What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for: Upper-level apprentices nearing journeyman status OR early journeyman electricians ready to step up into leadership responsibilities The right candidate: Can work independently with minimal supervision Can read and understand blueprints and layouts Is capable of running smaller tasks or portions of projects alone Knows when to ask intelligent questions Is dependable and self-motivated Takes ownership of production and jobsite organization Understands customer service and professionalism Wants to eventually run crews and projects Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Ideal Experience Experience in the following is highly valued: Commercial tenant improvements Retail and office buildouts Lighting and controls Service troubleshooting Conduit bending and installation Finish work and device trim-out Fast-paced production environments Customer-facing service work Working directly from prints and specifications Company Culture Our company is built around: Merit-based advancement Competitive but team-oriented culture High accountability Performance incentives Reliability and professionalism Tight communication Front-loading projects and beating schedules Rewarding people who produce at a high level We are looking for individuals who genuinely want growth and responsibility. Compensation & Incentives Compensation will depend on experience, capability, production, and leadership potential.
