Position Summary Lind Marine is seeking motivated and safety-conscious Level 3 Electricians (L3) to join our electrical team. This hands-on position supports the safe handling, maintenance, and operation of electrical equipment in dynamic field environments, including marine, dockside, and land-based sites. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-minded, and eager to not only maintain but also upgrade equipment and facility operations. Pay Range:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour Location :
Various sites - land, piers, under piers, docks, vessels, and floating platforms Reports To:
Journeyman Electrician or Supervisor Key Responsibilities Responsible for the safe handling and installation of electrical equipment including various types of panels (including control), pumps, motors, lighting and general commercial and industrial electrical equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting a variety of electrical systems and equipment in a variety of locations. Identifying parts needed to fix repairs and the knowledge to install. Maintenance of various electrical systems and equipment in a multitude of environments including motors, pumps, lighting, controls etc. Identify and report potential hazards to supervisor with a solution to fix. Hold and maintain a General Certified Electrician Certification or comparable Marine Engineer Certification. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Monitor environmental and weather conditions to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. as needed. Qualifications Strong commitment to safety and hazard awareness. Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Basic familiarity with electrical tools and equipment is a plus. Physically capable of working in outdoor and marine environments, including on floating platforms and in variable weather conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and on uneven terrain. Successful completion of electrical safety training required.
