Full Job Description Location:

The Opportunity This is a non-selling, purely technical role focused on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and supporting residential heat pump systems. No sales quotas. No upselling. Just technical excellence, problem-solving, and helping customers feel confident in their home energy systems. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot heat pump and HVAC system performance issues Conduct on-site walkthroughs of complex installations Provide technical assessments and recommendations to installation teams and engineering staff Verify system functionality, airflow, and refrigerant performance, documenting findings accurately Support technician training by identifying installation challenges and sharing best practices Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold safety standards Work occasional overtime during peak seasons as needed What You Bring 3+ years of HVAC or heat pump service technician experience Strong knowledge of heat pump systems, controls, commissioning, and troubleshooting Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Strong communication and documentation abilities Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction Compensation & BenefitsPay $32-$36 per hour Full-time position Benefits Health insurance ( 85% employer-paid ) Fully covered dental insurance Fully covered vision insurance Fully covered life insurance 401(k) program Education support and professional development opportunities Parental leave top-up Company-provided tools and uniform Lunch provided Work Location Centennial, CO (Denver Metropolitan Area)
