Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a 2-4 electricians throughout construction projects. Mentor apprentices to foster their growth. Conduct take-offs, layout, and material procurement for projects. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate electrical installations. Utilize relevant software for project management. Track hours by cost codes on weekly time cards. Document job specifics on a daily basis with Daily Logs. Fill out detailed work reports/T&M tickets and RFI's. Work closley with PM to determine scheduling, material and information needs. Effectivley navigate Fire Alarm , Gear, and Lighting Control submittals/shop drawings

Requirements:

Hold a valid CO Journeyman License. Possess a valid Driver's License. Experience with Bluebeam and Procore. Ability to manage crew and schedules to meet project timelines. Strong background in electrical construction and service. Experience with submittals and shop drawings. Experience Lighting Control systems.
