What You'll Do Lead & Mentor:
Act as the point person on-site, guiding apprentices and ensuring the team stays on track. Execute with

Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across all sectors.

What You Bring Valid Journeyman License:
A must-have for this role. The "Lead"

Comfortable jumping between a residential remodel and a commercial build-out.
Compensation & Premier Benefits Pay Range:
$37.00 - $42.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Core Responsibilities Project Leadership:
Lead projects from start to finish, including reading blueprints/schematics and maintaining workflow schedules.
Technical Execution:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including conduit (bend, thread, etc.), wire pulling, and terminations (transformers, switchgear, control circuits).
Supervision:
Manage and delegate tasks to crew members while maintaining a high standard of safety, productivity and professionalism.
Communication:
Act as the primary link between management, customers, and vendors. •Must hold a valid CO Journeyman Wireman License•Must hold a valid State Issued Drivers License•
