Recognized as one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the Denver area, we are building a crew of dependable electricians who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Our projects include a mix of commercial and multifamily developments , with opportunities in both local and mountain locations. Additionally, we have projects located in Glenwood Springs & Eagle for those interested. We offer competitive compensation, strong benefits, and clear paths for advancement. What are your responsibilities? Install electrical systems in commercial and multifamily environments per code and project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans Perform rough-in and finish work, including units, common areas, and commercial spaces Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring systems Pull, terminate, and test wiring systems Install panels, devices, lighting, and related electrical components Assist with material handling, layout, and job site organization Coordinate with team members and other trades to keep projects running efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Foreman:
Supervise crews, mentor apprentices, and oversee project execution
Apprentices:

Foreman :
Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, tablet, and cell phone Work Environment Standard 40-hour workweeks with overtime/weekends as needed Mix of commercial and multifamily job sites Opportunities to work on mountain projects Monday-Friday as needed
Job Requirements Journeyman & Foreman Electrician:
Active Colorado Journeyman License Valid driver's license 4+ years of electrical experience Multifamily experience required Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in mountains preferred but not required
Lead Foreman:
Proven ability to lead crews and develop apprentices
Apprentice Electrician:
Registered Electrical Apprentice 2+ years of electrical experience Multifamily experience required Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools Willingness to learn and follow direction Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work in mountains preferred but not required
Pay Apprentice:
$21.00 - $28.00/hour ( pay based on documented OJT hours ) Journeyman Electrician (Non-Lead): $36.00 - $38.00/hour ( pay based on experience )
Foreman:
$38.00 - $45.00/hour ( pay based on experience and leadership level ) MV Power Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
