Residential Service Electrician We are looking for a licensed residential electrician to help launch and grow our residential service department using a customer-focused service model built around professionalism, communication, and long-term customer relationships. We are seeking an experienced residential service electrician who is comfortable managing the entire customer experience from the initial service call and onsite troubleshooting, to presenting pricing options, completing the work professionally, and collecting payment upon completion. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical work and helping build systems, processes, and customer relationships from the ground up. As our first dedicated residential service technician, you will play a key role in shaping the department, delivering high-quality customer service, and helping establish the standards and culture for future growth. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work Diagnose electrical issues and clearly explain solutions to homeowners Provide professional, customer-focused service in customers' homes Help implement and refine service processes, procedures, and best practices Assist in developing pricing standards, workflows, and department structure Help build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business Maintain accurate job documentation and invoicing Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local and national electrical codes Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance Qualifications Active Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license required Residential service electrical experience required Experience with customer-focused residential service programs strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Leadership mindset with interest in helping build a growing department Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants more than just a service truck job.
