You'll handle a mix of residential and commercial electrical work, focusing on delivering top-tier results while helping establish our presence in a new region. Execute electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades on residential and commercial projects Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and components Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers Lead and support apprentices with training and on-the-job guidance Maintain documentation of completed work and materials used Operate independently with a self-starter mindset and strong organizational habits
