Competitive Compensation :

$26.00-$30.00/ hour based on experience.

Responsibilities Install electrical systems and components in residential homes according to code and company standards Install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and other electrical equipment Read and interpret basic electrical plans, blueprints, and work orders Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality Maintain a clean and organized job site while working in customers' homes Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members during installations Collaborate with office staff, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure seamless job completion and follow-up. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in residential electrical installation Knowledge of basic electrical systems and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Valid residential wireman license (or ability to obtain) Professional appearance and ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver's license with clean driving record Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics
