Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in handling various electrical systems. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical codes, blueprints, and schematics, as well as the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform electrical installations and repairs. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant safety standards. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as an E2 Electrician in both industrial and commercial settings. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards related to electrical work. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other necessary equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.
